As a long-running internal leads referral campaign for Aon staff, we created a loveable beagle mascot called Lu to use across multiple communication platforms, photoshopping him into a variety of situations where he sniffed out leads and came out victorious thanks to putting it all on the line. It was this spirit of curiosity and boldness the campaign sought to ignite in staff.
